Started my calorie def today,
20 hours fasted, trained fasted on top of 5 miles of slow walking.
4 eggs
1 scoop protein
1 onion
1 small potato ( both were cooked in coconut oil)
2 cups of mixed veggies ( greens and carrots)
1/3 cup of mixed tropical fruit
1/3 cup of dried banana
1/2 cup of almonds
Dressing was mustard and tabasco… I cut out all junk food and nothing but good ol H2O.
