I’m on the second week of 30/10/30. But when we must up the weight??
We must have 30/10/30 set or 30/10/20 or 30/10/25 are good for up the weight?

Don’t worry about upping the weight until your second run-through of the program. At that point, increase 5%. Focus on perfecting your form and feeling each rep, focus on every contraction.

Don’t hurry it.
Get to where you can do 12 solid form reps with strong contraction 30s and up the weight maybe 5 percent.
Make the eccentric very difficult with your current weight.
Contract hard. Don’t just lower the weights
Find the easiest 1/3 of the negative, and do that 1/3 in 5 seconds. Do the hardest in 15 or even rob 5 more seconds from the 2nd easiest 1/3rd
