Alright here goes nothing. Took roughly 3 years off of bodybuilding. Got occasional workouts in (nothing intense) eating has been terrible def not bro diet or bodybuilding diet based at all. Got caught up in the hustle of work and kids. As embarrassing as it is, I am hoping this can keep me accountable and disciplined like I once was with this.
Going to do a 12-16 week bulk (depends how high bf gets) followed by 16 week diet.
Start body weight was 186.
Height: 5 foot 10
Type 1 diabetic 17 years now.
Bodybuilded for roughly 6 years and like I said took the past 3 years off.
Body fat starting out is very high. Would say 18-20 somewhere.
4 days a week training
0 cardio due to work being constantly moving (18,000 steps a day)
I am 2 weeks in. (will post pictures)
