After a 5-day lay off and a reset of my metabolsim. April 23rd, 2010 I was 166lbs @ 17% body fat. On May 31st, I am 167lbs @ 13.2% body fat.
Bench/Dead/Squat/Military Press(my favorite lift) up 20lbs.
I hit 35lbs Seated DB Curls WITH Tyler Grips. WITH! I could barely do 30lbs without.
Chinups/Pullups I’m still struggling. Shrugs are something that have gone up to, 60lbs to about 80lbs. I still have till the end of August I’m going to go at this slow, steady, and proper recomp.
It’s giving me hope, keeping me confident, and I’m not stressing much.
