I was thinking about following the split below - alternating between accumulation and intensification phases (apprx every 4 weeks)

Wednesday
DeadLifts
Cable Rows
Pull Ups
Friday
Bench Press
T-Bar Row
Lunges
Suggestions, comments? Too many back exercises?
