Tight! One thing I always have to tell myself when onstage, is to flex my glutes and hams not just in rear poses, but in side poses as well.
Gonna do great brother.

Ya this is the first time out of my two other comps that my hamstrings and glutes have come in so im not used to flexing them quite yet.
You look fucking great man! Such an incredibly well balanced physique, only thing to work on would be some more delts/traps and back detail.
Curious as to a couple of things:
Training in terms of split/volume/rep range?
Did you always have good legs, was there something you did that you feel helped them develop so well?
Any pics before you started working out?

My training is usually chest, tri back,bi shoulders arms and legs my rep range is anywhere from 8 to 12 on most exercises nothing to crazy. I don’t like going to heavy because I don’t feel it in the muscle as much as higher reps. Volume isnt a lot and it isnt a little I don’t really keep track. Legs have always been one of my better body parts I’ve always had thicker legs. But I do attribute most of my gains just from good ole heavy squats. I didn’t really start working out till I was in high school and most of my development came from wrestling, football, and lacrosse for six plus years. Before high school I was the short fat kid and when i hit puberty i started to lean out and gain muscle.
You have nice line, very appealing AND you look good (your face, that is)
You should probably try and send photos or something whatever to these fitness magasine and stuff, even if what you are into is bodybuilding, some of these guys are pretty big themselves
Having a nice body and a nice face can serve you well

Here are some pictures that my mom snapped from the show. I ended up weighing in at 165.8 the second lightest person in the middles. I took third in a very close decision I was just two points off from second.
Pics look great!! I know you’re still relatively young, I’m certain you’ll be sweeping shows in another couple of years (luckily I’ll most likely be retiring from the stage by then -lol)
