hahaha, don’t say the word natural or people in this thread get scared and sketched out…
I didn’t know roids made you paranoid. I was of course giving complements at first, until i found out they were illiterate… I dislike people who don’t know how to comprehend words on a “sheet”.
Great job bro, I remember randomly meeting you at the Best Buy in Kalamazoo a few years back, haha, random. You’re looking big and lean brother, you’re in a great spot to be 3 weeks out.
Are you competing in the Central States show out in Detroit?

Ya that is the same one. It was at the Redford theatre but for some reason they moved it to Grand Rapids. I don’t know if that is a permanent or temporary change.
Is this your first show? Looking very impressive dude.
Guy from my gym is doing that… Is that show actually tested? It is listed as an NPC natural show. I didnt realize that NPC ever ran tested shows… BTW whats your height and weight right now? And in case I forget Good luck… you have a few trouble areas but look good all around. Here is a little trick for you though. Try turning your feet out in your relaxed pose… It helps show your hammys with your quads makes your leg width look much better. (my profile is somewhat what i mean. Also if you aren’t already during side poses use your rear leg to press into your front it also helps widen out your legs. Basically uses your back leg to flatten out your hammy. Just keep your legs close and knees bent and press together. Play with it a bit in a mirror you will see what i mean.

By that i mean he abused gear for a year or two then went cold turkey and now he claims he is natty… He looks pretty small now and has horrible legs… Is that show actually tested? It’s listed as an NPC show but nothing on the entry form said anything about being tested it’s a national qualifier so I’m assuming it’s not. They do have tested shows theres one in September that says it’s tested but thats the only know i know of. And at the time of those pics it was like 174 or 175 I think but I’m about 5’6"ish. I will have to work on my relaxed and finding what looks best and I will try turning my feet out. On my side chest and side tri I do try to use my back leg to push my ham out the guy doing my diet showed me that the first time we worked on posing like two years ago. It’s a nice little trick that I don’t see many guys use when they pose.
Your weighing in at middleweight then I assume after water depletion… Good
Luck
update? pictures? how is it going?
I took these today which is nine days out. I am in the middle of my sodium load so I am eating a shit ton of salt so thats why I may look bloated. But I still have been sitting around 169 170’s in the morning

Tight! One thing I always have to tell myself when onstage, is to flex my glutes and hams not just in rear poses, but in side poses as well.
Gonna do great brother.
