So, the next few weeks are going to be pretty busy for me, and I’m going to need to cut down to a 2x per week routine. (For example, a Tuesday/Thursday type of routine) Do you have any suggestions as to good ones to follow?
I know this isn’t optimal, but it’s going to have to work for a while, and I’d like to at least maintain what I’ve worked to achieve this summer.
How about a modified version of this? Maybe only worry about the listed workouts and not the weeks. As there are three workouts a week in this one it will take you a week and a half to complete…
I second Cosgrove’s 2 day a week training. Did it during the holidays and some olympic lifting mixed in with compound lifts. It was great for a 2 days a week program.
