If using tren caused me permanent acid reflux and would result in long term use of prilosec I wouldn’t do it. But using it for 3 months for the blast doesn’t bother me. It’s just part of the game. I also look at what other secondary drug I’m having to add to combat the side effects of the primary drug. If the secondary drug comes with a laundry list of negative sides and more potential sides that I might have to add yet another drug (more of an accurate description of poly pharma IMO) then I don’t use it. But being as tho prilosec for the use of a few months is literally side effects free for me I’m able to justify the use.

Yes. If you can’t afford adequate nutrition and supplementation to compliment the trenbologne sandchiches you make for yourself then adequate gains will not be made (granted they’ll be made… you could eat 500cals/day, be steroid naive and still make progress haha)
I have to live (all accomodation/transportation pre booked because I’m a gangster) for the next 4… wait… no… 5 weeks… wks off 1600$, so mostly fast food for me… or should I say atherosclerosis on a platter… unless I’m with family, got a few relatives around Amsterdam, London and Belgium

If they were between 30-40 it wouldn’t be so problematic spending more time with them lol, elderly/Middle Aged people seem to like me very much as they think I’m a sensible, responsible, articulated young man… NONE of which are true, aside from the well spoken part, I’d say I can speak to the adult demographic reasonably well as they usually are able to grasp what I say. The teenage demographic however (not at fault, im not saying I’m superior, more intelligent etc, as the concept of intellect can be measured through various facets) can’t fathom or comprehend my vocabulary half the time… which is fucking irritating as I’ve had to diminish the way I talk/what I talk about many times just to fit in

I see all the time guys complain about the cost of pct after starting a cycle or the cost of caber and other drugs. Then complaining about not having enough money to eat a clean 4-5k calories a day. It just blows my mind the logic used to spend $500-1000 on a steroid cycle knowing you can properly afford the food and slew of other things that come along with gear.
Inadequate nutrition is probably why after my bottle of dbol is finished (whenever that is) I’m never shelling out money on that again. Can make better gains with… you know… being able to EAT

I’ve been shoving in large amounts of food recently… I’ll probably get fat on holiday, I can see me coming home, getting on the scale, it reads like 80kg, 23 % bf and I’ll just stare in disbelief at my flabby love handles
100 10mg tabs for between 90-130$, more expensive in person than black market (the guys that sell gear are typically bikie gang fellows also trying to push meth, coke, smack, shitty weed etc… and I don’t support the notion of profiting off of others misery so I don’t buy in person)
In aus food is also generally more expensive, so buying the bare essentials in bulk is pivotal (large bags of whole grain rice etc), with some snacks to aid in case of inadequate intake (protein yogurt etc)
I don’t tend to “bulk”, I go year round eating about 100 cals above maintenance. I get bigger slowly and never seem to gain fat, seems fine to me
I prefer being carb heavy, as high protein diets (understandably) stunt my appetite, low carbs makes me flat, depleted, irritable and tired.
Not the best for taking lifting advice from, I’m not particularly big, just stocky/rather broad. Posted two oldish pics (a couple/few weeks old) the other day in response to singhbuilders post on his ethnicity (as im Caucasian but also very, very, very dark in tone… legitimately darker than I think any other Caucasian male I’ve met)
I was never a bulker in the past either but my appetite became ravenous after starting my cycle and it never went away. I gained 25lbs and body fat went from like 12 - 16% lol.
That’s the vicious cycle of body dysmorphia/insecurity talking to you. Just like long term recreational psychoactive substance use, over time you need more if you aren’t careful… it’s never enough, and you tend to overlook any sign of damage until it’s too late… be careful
I’m sure you’re huge. The secret is to look at yourself within a realistic context. I’m not big but I’m fairly happy with the way I look now… I can always get bigger but if someone said “well you have to stay at this exact size for a few years” I’d say “okay”… it’s LOSING significant size/being unable to train that cripples me
I’ve recently injured a portion of my ribs deadlifting, so heavy lifting is out for a while, focusing on primarily pump work/isolation
My appetite just became ravenous. It’s odd I ran a tren ace cycle while my wife was pregnant and I kept a strict diet had a nice recomp didn’t gain a whole lot or lose a whole lot but it’s was enjoyable. Fast forward to this tren cycle and after the first 4 weeks (right around when I added dbol/adrol) my appetite went crazy. Now I’m struggling not to gain anymore weight this cycle went from 218-230 in the last 14 weeks. Some might see this as great but with my current physique no one’s packing on muscle that quick so I know a good 5-7 lbs of it is fat
