So im planning my second cycle, and last one for a while, i am planning on running it this summer, preferably around may-june. im planning, as of now, to run 8 weeks of 750 test, 3 shots a week. i did 500/wk test e staright for my first cyckle, got great results, put on like 25 ounds kept about 18 of it. went pretty good. basically, im just asking some of you more aas vets what a good second cycle is? as of now, like i said, im just running 750/wk test.
my first cycle i ate my ass off, 6000 cals/day just about, some days better than others. this time, since im running it in te summer i dont want to put on as much fat/water, so im obviously running adex on cycle, but also i dont want to eat as much, probably about 4500 cals a day is what i was thinking. of course i know i wont gan as much as if i ate my ass off, but i think i should still put on sone reasonable size.
stats for reference:
5 foot 7
about 195
about 12% BF, but will be cutting down for cycle, probably get down to about 180-185
Please give me some tips and let me know if this is a good second cycle, if maybe i should add something to it, and if eating around 4500 cals/day will still give me good size but not too much fat/etc. thanks, appreciate any help.
Why are you upping the dose to 750?

why not? i had solid resulsts from 500/wk so im hoping to have better results with 750/week. why dont you think i should up it?

Because with that logic you would do a third cycle with 1g…

Not necesarily. Although that wouldn’t be a terrible idea.
People should use the dose theyre comfortable with.
Another option for a third cycle would be 500mg T + an additional anabolic.
But seriously, 1g/wk of total AAS is not a lot for people who have done a few cycles.
yeah i see what you guys are saying, but this will be my last cycle for a while…probably for the next couple years just because things are going to start to get hectic for me with work etc. so basically i wont do a third cycle with 1g, if i did end up doing a 3rd a few years down the road i would probably do 500+another aas like bonez said.
I am planning on doing 750 because basically, i had good, solid gains from 500 while eating around 5-6k cals a day, and basically i want to up the dosage a little to obviously get more gains while eating around 4500 cals a day. It is possible my logic is wrong and im an idiot, its only my second cycle but im pretty sure it makes sense. I been lifting for a while and i know how to train/eat, etc.
If my logic is wrong and im an idiot, i have no problem with u guys tellin me, I just want to understand why so i can become more knowledgable on the subject. In addition to that, what could/should i do insted of 750/wk? Although, i think its a pretty solid idea and i think i would have some pretty good gains. Youre not wrong. Just use more adex and you’ll be fine.
yeah im definitely using adex, i was planning on .25 ed or eod, because i really want to keep the bloat down. Is .25 ed overkill/will slow down my gains too much?
i would only use the adex when u feel some bloat or excess water retention ,gyno warning signs etc
i think 750 a week is a reasonable dose
i think u should keep the calories between 5-6k a day instead of dropping down to 4.5
the increased steroids and anabolism will need plenty of calories and simply decrease if u nmotice urself getting fatter as opposed to gaining lean mass
