Did my last cycle of test e, deca and drol for Kickstart… Gained 8kgs
Lost 3 in PCT…
Planning to do a 10 week bulk and 10 week cut before my competition…
Any suggestions on what compounds should I use and dosage?
I’m open for all advice
Does tren and deca has same effects on the body as they belong to the same class??

No… deca and tren are not the same. Tren may be derived from nandrolone, but the properties of each substance differ profoundly

Yea i fucked up in between … Did a few parties here and there…
That doesn’t make sense. You sure they were legit steroids? Seems like you could just inject & eat without working out and gain more weight than you did. Hell just eat without injecting should do it. Drinking on cycle (while not recommended) doesn’t hinder gains like that.

Dude, it really doesn’t sound like you have any business running steroids. You say you gained 8kg and lost 3 during PCT. I can promise you, your scale is going to continue to drop if you’re not even done with PCT yet.
Did you get pre labs done? If you ran a 12 week cycle, waited 3 weeks to start PCT, and then ran a 4 week PCT, then you should wait around ~19 weeks before starting another cycle (from when you ended PCT). The basic suggestion is Time On = Time Off. But getting blood work done in that off time to confirm your body has bounced back is also highly suggested.
Again, you really don’t sound like you have any business running this stuff. You gained only ~17lbs after running a pretty hefty cycle, I’d guess you probably only maintain 5-6lbs of it. Your training and diet need to be looked at before considering things like Tren and other cycles.

Explain to me a daily day in the life of you. Everything you consume on a 24 hour day, when you consume them, and when you train and for how long.
I can all but promise you that it’s not just sleep. If your training and diet were on point, I don’t think you’d be close to 20% after just running a hefty cycle.
