Sust and Tren PCT Advice

So, I’ve run two cycles in my life both of which were short 8 weeks and I lost most of the gains cuz I didn’t pct. Now I’ve got the steroid plug. Can anyone provide me with a plan. This cycle 600/mg sustanon week 1-14 Tren 200mg/week weeks 6-12. And before anyone tells me I shouldn’t use tren being kind of a newb, it’s going to happen anyways.

no with 600mg test a week you dont need an AI… :man_facepalming:. You should know this before touching tren, and tren needs its own ancillaries also.
Dont do this, your going to screw yourself, go look at all the deca nandrolone dick threads before ok.

I didn’t think I did and I’ve seen all the deca dick ish. I just want to cut and I get so bulky from just test but not much cut. What do you recommend?

control your estrogen so you dont retain water, and O YEAH maybe talk about ur history and what level your at and actual goal?

Okay I’ve been lifting on and off since 15, I’m now 28. In the past two years it’s not been as consistent as I’d like. I’m 6’1” 250 lbs and I have like 23% body fat… idk what else you want from me as history goes. Goal is to be 225 with significant muscle gains.

Bro, not to sound mean but your way over weight. Steroids are not fat burners. Im 184cm 6ft and 91kg and could stand to lose a little. Your looking for a quick fix man, your real goal should be like a year or two thing… if you havent been as consistent as you like maybe start with being consistent?

You want to lose 25lbs in 14 weeks. So 1.78lbs/w. That’s almost 900cal/d in deficit. So the best cycle plan for you is this:

Weeks 1-14
-eat fewer calories

You are fat. You don’t need Test or Tren. You need a stairmaster, broccoli, and some fucking discipline. You also need to do research and propose a plan. Nobody that is reputable is just going to give you a plan. Those kinda things usually cost money. I think you are just too lazy to put in the work required. Losing weight is not that hard and you don’t need drugs at your current BF%. You even stated that you haven’t been consistent in the gym. You want to be “225 with significant muscle gains”. How about you start by being 225 with significant fat loss. That will take the consistency that you stated that you have struggled with. good luck.

I’m aware I’m fat, I just have been all messed up since I haven’t been lifting regularly. Either way guess I appreciate the comments.

Yeah I think I’m going to do it anyways, I know it sounds like I’m fat, which I am to a degree but at 225 I have abs… either way, thanks man.

6’1 250 after 2 cycles, but this cycle- this will be the one that gets you jacked.

Last time I did a cycle it was 3.5 years ago and I stopped lifting frequently afterwards. Right after I finished it was good, life shit happened and I got messed up tho.
