Okay so this is my second cycle
Last time was 2 years ago test 250 , took for 3 months . Worked well but didn’t take it as seriously as I should of
This time
170 lbs 5,11 6-8% body fat
Test 400
2 shots a week… I usually go in glut … Does it matter where you inject ?
I have clomid for pct, and was thinking of doing some Androl half way threw…
Kind of a newb, the guy I get the stuff from is very short with his a answers so just looking for any advice
My diet is good for gaining I think,
Morn oatmeal, eggs , smoothly shake , toast
Lunch rice , chicken , yogurt , sandwiches , fish
Dinner fish , steak , more rice , veg
In between snacks , nuts , anything to stuff my face
Shakes after workouts
Pics attached , yes gay picture I know but just view of build so far
I’m only taking the test and clomid… Other stuff for a buddy
Inject in gut? Do you mean SQ? There is several different thoughts on SQ but IM has been tried and true.
As CougarPride said, something has gone awry if you are that light at that height and you may want to postpone that cycle. If you decide to continue, and that’s up to you, keep an AI on hand. Some guys don’t need it but most do. If your getting bloods done, you will know, if not, error on the side of safety and take a small dose on pin day.
What’s an ai ? And I’ve ate like a horse for years I can’t get any gains off just eating large . Unless I honestly just sat and home and did nothing but ate.

I have a super high metabolism so I’ve found unless it’s pretty much impossible to gain
Last cycle I did gain 15 pounds , but didn’t take it seriously enough
What’s ai ?
Aromatase Inhibitor. i.e. Arimidex, Aromasin, Formestane, etc. You should research these before starting your next cycle. It’s good to have one on hand, even if you never need it.
You didn’t list amounts for what you’re eating, but you may need to add a GOMAD or other such extreme measures on top of what you already consume if you’re having trouble gaining weight.
When I ask exactly how much you are eating, I, mean quantities. Like how many eggs, how much steak, how much chicken etc. think about getting afood scale just so you know how much you are eating, you can be consistent and experiment with your diet, I bet you’re not eating as much as you think you are.

The mans point is to know what and how much you are putting in your body. The easiest way to get an idea of your calories, all be it not the best, is to get foods that already have the breakdown on the package. Don’t make this a habit, but the numbers are already there for you. Total it up with your total protein fats and carbs into a % and post it.
You said you eat like a horse, that not good if you eat what a horse eats. Get my point?
If I was gonna die tomorrow why would I care to eat lol , I’m gonna try and up my diet and maybe try this gomad thing. Seems like a decent idea , because I already do pretty much stuff myself to the limit .
Any other foods that I should intake that are good for getting mass ?
Usually have 2 pieces of fish … 8 oz stake , 2 cups of rice
I know a scale would help
And for the ai … Does clomid fall under this ?
I am gonna hold off on the cycle and try and get some weight on first
Good choice in waiting, get shit dialed in first, you will be rewarded in the long run.
No clomid is not an ai, it is a serm used mainly for pct only. Read the stickies at the top of the page or simply google aromatize inhibitor. Just keep digging and reading, the info is there

Your not saying you eat 2 pieces of fish, 8oz steak and 2 cups of rice for the day right? Because that barely a meal in my opinion.
Honestly really appreciate all the advice guys , and no just usually have one of those in a sitting with lots of other stuff that put up earlier in form … I weight 170 lbs it’s impossible for me to eat much more then what I already do in a sitting ,I’m trying to just add more meals into my day and just keep myself full at all times .

You might think you’re eating a ton until you track every calorie you eat. Then you might realize its not enough. Theres an app called “my fitness pal” thats good for tracking calories and macro nutrients.
