Just wanted to give an update. My last shot was yesterday which means that this turned out to be a 7 week cycle instead of the 8 I had planned. I’ll get into that in a moment.
Beginning weight was 171 and my ending weight is 193. I started with a six pack and while my abdominal wall is visible, only the top two are still (faintly) there. I’m fne with some fat gain though…I just tend to hold it all in my midsection. My arms, legs, and back are still cut up, just bigger which is great. Damned genetics and cortisol issues.
My last cycle was sust250 and I have to say I love Test E. I definitely felt more “even” over the cycle as opposed to the blend of esters in sust250 that gave me a slight rollercoaster ride (admittedly I didn’t inject ED while on Sust). The frontload gave me a noticable boost by the end of the first week. Strength gains were steady and constant. Now, as to pics, I know this sounds like a cop out but due to my job I simply can’t post pics of myself online. I have distinctive tattoos that make me easily identifiable. In addition, several people who know me frequent this site, so ain’t gonna happen.
The reason my cycle ran 7 weeks was due to my supplier mislabeling the gear. I had two vials of 10ml dosed at 250mg. So 8 weeks x 2ml/week should have left me with 4ml to spare. I used an additional 500mg for my frontload so I should have had 2ml to spare, however it turns out that while labeled as 10ml they were closer to 8. The quality of the gear was just about pharma grade though, so I can’t complain, just a bit of a bummer to run out of gear a week sooner than planned.
I’m not sure if my adex was underdosed or not. I started out at .25mg EOD, but quickly developed a lot of water retention. I played around with the dosages and found that .5mg EOD and .25mg on the other day reduced my bloat greatly and I felt great. Last cycle due to where I was at I had no access to AIs, only nolva and developed signs of gyno (itchiness and tenderness) at week six though the nolva helped immediately. This cycle the AI was a welcome addition as I felt better and didn’t have a single gyno issue.
Right now I’m looking to maintain as much muscle as I can whilst starting PCT in two weeks. I plan on holding this weight through the summer and early fall before starting another short cycle. I’m going to keep the test at 500mg a week but add in some dbol and see how that affects me…I’m in this for the long haul so the longer I can make gains on low dosages the better. I’ll hold that weight until next spring and then probably do a short cutting cycle with some mast and prop.
This was the first time I had to eat over 5000 cals at the end of the cycle to gain and it sucked, haha. Even using whipping cream in shakes and eating a lot of pepperoni and burgers, it was definitely a struggle to get that in. Makes me a little leery of my next gaining phase, but I have a newfound respect for the poor bastards that have to eat that just to maintain.
I’ve got about a year left on my contract with the military and I’m looking forward to seeing what I can do when I get out. Right now I’m about as heavy as I can be and still maintain the level of agility and endurance I’m used to. It will definitely be easier when I don’t have to worry about PT, road marches, setting a good example with cardiovascular activities, etc.
