Got a goal on my second shift.

Spent the rest of the night getting hooked, tripped, and/or checked whenever I got in front of the net,

It was a fun skate.

Lost 1-0. Plenty of shots, just never crossed the line.

Sunday - 01/26/2014 - Hockey

Refereed 2 games - 2 hours
Scrimmage for an hour - 1 goal

Scrimmage was 4 on 4 hockey with 1 person on the bench for each side…

My legs hurt.

Started feeling run down from a cold. Really had no energy in the skates.

Well I have been hit hard by the “cold”. Which I think ended up being a little more then a cold.

Finally back to where I’m not hacking junk out of my lungs too often.

That took a week.

I did referee a game on Sunday, that felt blah.

Hoping to do better at my skates for tonight.

Wednesday - 02/05/2014 - Hockey

Hockey Skating Lessons - 1 hour

No cardio capacity whatsoever. A lot of hacking coughs.

Skipped later scrimmage, went to get stronger drugs and headed home.

Oof you too. I had to get my inhaler out as it’s made its way to chest.

Refereed two more games in the morning - 2 hours

League game at night. Won 6-1, I got a goal.

So a total of 9 hours of hockey cardio for the weekend.
