I looked, you can get it on Amazon.com. I can’t get on Amazon.ca, so I have to trek all the way into Edmonton for it… ![]()

Solid. Face pulls are another thing I need to work space in for…
That bottle of Zhengushui looks like a cross between soy sauce and maple syrup and I bet it’s nothing like either.

It heals bruising better than anything. It is as good a topical for muscle pain. It is the perfect birth control from the smell.

I obviously didn’t use it in my life.
Ok just how many children do you have, and which one is going to be rich to take care of you when you are old and decrepit.
Just realised Nathan Fillion is from Alberta, maybe one of these days I’ll visit.

I have nine (9), MT.
Looks like that will fall to my oldest, she’s less then one year away from starting med school.
Med school is good.
Sorry to continue the thread hijack 2busy!
We all look a little like Nathan Fillion up here. In fact, he left because he was unusually ugly for an Albertan male. He is 8 months OLDER than me and we went to U of A at the same time. He is apparently aging in Hollywood years. I am not.

It isn’t the cold weather that preserves our rugged handsomeness. It is the rye whiskey that we use to keep the cold weather away.
Legs of stone. I cried reading that…especially the stationary bike part.

The stationary bike actually helps with recovery and preventing DOMS.
Russian cyclists came up with it. After a race segment, they would hook their bikes up to a stationary trainer and spin on a low load at 100+ rpms for about 15-20 minutes.
Pumps fresh oxygenated blood through the muscles and flushes out lactic acid and other impurities.
We’ll see how my legs feel tonight at hockey.
