The main former Pro(Canadians, Rangers) was finally back from his leg infection mess from a trip to Mexico…

And we paid for it.

I somehow managed to skate the drop in after it for another hour.

For my quads to hurt, it’s good.

1 hour Skating Drills
1 hour Scrimmage. 3 on our bench and two pros on the ice. A lot of hard skating.

Well it was 50 minutes, left because it felt like I got a groin pull.

Ibuprofen and ice.
