Back Squats 115 lbs x 5, 145 lbs x 5, 175 lbs x 3, 215 lbs x 5, 245 lbs x 3, 270 lbs x 5

Front Squats 105 lbs 5 sets of 10 reps

Sunday 6/1 531 C4W4 - De-load Military Press

Played 1st hockey game of the summer league. We lost 3-0.

Some teething pains with the team.

Took a puck right between the eyes. Fortunately, I play with a face cage.

Probably had too many post game beers, then went to the gym.

Did minimal Military Press 50 lbs x 5, 60 lbs x 5, 75 lbs by 5. Well it is de-load time, lol.

Sat in the sauna for 25 minutes.

Finished deload week.

Will be changing what 531 plan I’m on.

Taking the 531 Big But Boring 3 Month Challenge.

Let’s see how that works for me.
