Tuesday - 07/30/2013 - Hockey Camp

1 hour

New skates, early bday gift to myself. Feet hurt, the hollow was not cut right for me. Couldn’t turn worth crap, leveled two people in drills.

Wednesday - 07/31/2013 - Hockey Skills/Scrimmage

Got the skates re-cut, could turn and stop again. Still hurt my feet…

Scored a nice goal on an upper level goalie in the scrimmage. Former Pro said I skated hard.

2 hours of skating total.

Ooo, fancy schmancy, guess it’ll take some time to break them in. I have not been on ice in years! I know not quite the same but was thinking of getting roller blades, but there isn’t really a good place for care-free rolling, except by work.

Body was complaining and I listened to it.

Very hardcore 2busy, ya needed the carbs. Hope you got in a jacuzzi and had some beer after that too.
