Have you read this article they put up today(I think). It goes into possible muscle gains using cheating or bad form.
It was interesting, I thought you might want to check it out as you mentioned being flamed for bad form and observing bad form yourself.

Thanks, CH, TC always has good articles, this is an interesting theory. Since muscle growth is dependent on time under load, there is a valid point to it. That can also explain my gains.
Of course, I still think the real secret to big arms and pickin up the womenz is the SRC’s Edgy demonstrated on his log… I hope to try them soon.

Was able to order more HOT-ROX, yay. It did seem to help with cutting some more fat off of me.
Also was able to add Rez-V.
I’m really struggling with my inability to lean out.
I can understand how people can become anorexic over self image.
You can see the effects of image in TILF. The ripped/huge guys always get tons of comments. Even from guys.

I’ve gotten crazy about the weight-loss before, it just brings you down because it’s never enough.
I’m just going the slow route this time, eating mostly good stuff and working out. I’m in it for the long haul. So no rush for me.
Do you have something you are trying to lose weight for?
Again, my right side is an issue. The way my body twist, I look like Quasimodo in the mirror. Ugh.
Lat Pull Down
12 x 12 - Machine just had numbers, no weight value
14 x 10

Roman Chair with 25 lb plate - 4 sets, 15 reps
Hey Busy. My husband is having a similar issue with his right shoulder. I think he actually hurt it doing pushups. It’s strange to watch him bench. He’s right handed, and yet that right arm lags. It seems to be taking forever to heal.
And the fat loss thing can be so strange. I can get UBER lean in my upper body and still keep quite a bit of fat on my legs. I’ve seen the mirror pics and you are looking good. Lots of definition in your arms. I think sometimes your body just has to adapt and it will come off all of a sudden. Hang in.

Thanks Puff!
I have been suspecting my fat loss issues might have a lot to do with my damaged liver. I shared my frustration with an acquaintance at my gym, and she suggested I add Milk Thistle as a supplement.
Her name is Lisa Matthews, I met her when my daughter did a figure competition about 4 years ago. She has always remembered me, and takes time to say hi and ask how things are when I see her at the gym.
First time with the team for the summer. We ended up in a 2-2 tie.
Missed the 1-hole on the last rush of the game, caught the pass, snapped the shot, goalie was crowding the right post… and I put the puck 4 inches in front of the net.
