29 with Low Testosterone

Hello, Im a 29 year old male, and have always suspected having low testosterone… I finally decided to have my level checked a little over a year ago.

Dec 2012 Total T- was 250.

I was put on Axiron in 2012, (60 mg) for 2 months, I didnt notice anything, the doctor suggested trying injections of Testosterone Cypionate 200mg per month.(I know now this is a low dose) I did this for 2 months, I didnt notice any changes so I had my testosterone drawn again right before my next dose was due. My total T was around 350. My LH and FSH were normal. TSH 1.740. So we decided to try clomid.
After 6 weeks of clomid: (currently to date)
Total Testosterone- 839
Free Testosterone- 146.3 (35.0-155.0)
Prolactin: 24.2 (high)
Estradiol 57 (high)

Current symtoms: I have low motivation, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, completely recovered from OCD over the past few years, (but I’ve always had anxiety, even as a kid.)
I also have no sex drive, which is effecting my relationship with my girl friend. I used to have one as a teen(not strong but better than now) I do not desire to masturbate at all. I have fatigue. And Im sleeping 11 to 12 hours a day, if I get less than that I have to nap or go to bed early. I am constantly drinking coffee.
I dont have a problem with erections, but I have low sexual endurance, and diminished orgasms.
I might have an nocturnal emission once every week or two weeks

So my question is whats going on? Why am I on clomid, have a normal Testosterone level but still have all the symtoms of low Testosterone? Does it take awhile for your body to bounce back from having low T? Is the estrogen the problem? These are all the labs Ive had done in regards to my symtoms.

Thank you very much for your help!

I am no doctor but if we just look at your previous (pre medication) situation, how much sleep did you need?
How many coffee(s) were you taking(a coffe is 7 onces)?
You might have an hormal imbalance, a gland problem.
If i was in your situation i would take beginners yoga classes and practice daily(online, youtub, librairy, or locally find a source that focus on breathing).

I would limit coffee to 1, 7 once daily or less.
What is your diet, sugar intake, diet soda?
In my opinion going to doctors and medication is the last option and i think you might have used that option too early.
How tall are you?
What was your weight pre med?
Your waist line?
A pic might help.
All the best.

Sounds like a sleeping problem,
Sounds like a lot of the problems you are describing are Lack of sleep.

Let me revise that, It is Lack of Deep REM SLEEP!

I was sleeping 9 hours every night and was still tired, and i had most of the symptoms you describe.

I was sleeping, but, in those 9 hours sleep, every night,

I was only really getting about 1/2 hour of actual REM sleep, this is not enough

do you SNORE

If you stayed awake all night and you did not hear your self snore, that does not count.
