-how have morning wood and nocturnal erections changed: Rarely ever have morning wood or nocturnal erections. Erections tend to be weaker than I remember.

After suffering from these symptoms for a year or so, I decided to go in and get tested. First lab results came back with low free t at 28 (35-155), which led to the second blood test results (that are posted above). Doctor says that the results are all normal, and to come back in 4 weeks if I am still tired all the time. I am confused as to why I am experiencing these symptoms if everything appears to be normal, I noticed my T levels are rather low for my age, but the doctor was not worried about it.

Any opinions? Any help will be much appreciated, as I feel these symptoms are beginning to affect my life.

My opinion is thyroid!! Need a full thyroid panel including antibodies buy from lef.org. Start taking body temperatures in the morning and mid afternoon and report here. Read the thyroid basics sticky! Do you have dry skin? Brittle nails?

Interesting! Thanks for the tip!
I will begin temps tomorrow and will report back. Thanks again!

Are you getting enough sleep? Over training with lower T can be bad. Do not work out to the point of exhaustion this will do more harm then good. 45 minutes is enough and maybe add in more rest/recovery days. if the testicles ache maybe see a urologist but I wouldn’t necessarily let him handle your hormones. Free T is not OK to be low. Often we see low T combined with other problem exp thyroid or adrenal fatigue. Do not let someone put you on T without finding the cause. TRT plus other problems = no fun at all. Resolve or rule out other issues and don’t get t vision. Read advice for new guys sticky.

Been delayed on getting my temps, I caught a cold this past week.
This morning temp was at 98.3.

A few months ago, I also thought I was overtraining. Took a month off and felt no difference. I have decided to add more rest days regardless.

I wanted to thank you for the “t vision” comment. It made me realize that this is a symptom of something bigger. I wanted to add that the past 3 doctor visits my blood pressure has been high (another symptom of whatever is causing this).

I met with an endo yesterday, who wants to do a fasting blood test of the following:
total testosterone
LH
BMP
Po4
i PTH
Mg
VIT D 25 (OH)

He seemed very knowledgeable and seems to understand that this is a symptom of something. I am wondering if I might have some kind of sleep disorder? I have been told I talk and move around A LOT, but no mentions of heavy snoring or stopping breathing. As far as sleep I typically get 7-8 hours a night.

Got another blood test done with odd results.
My previous tests were done in the afternoon, this one in the morning.

Total testosterone: 382 (348-1197)
LH: 2.2 (1.7-8.6)
Vitamin D 25 hydroxy: 21.2 (30-100)
Magnesium: 2.2 (1.6-2.6)
Calcium: 10( 8.7-10.2)
PTH: 25 (15-65)

Before the test the endo said that my testosterone results should be highest in the morning. But this time it was much lower! I’m assuming that this is why I feel the worst in the mornings and best in the nights. He prescribed me vitamin D 50,000IU once a week and said to come back in 3 months.

I have a few questions:
-why would my testosterone levels be worst in the beginning of the days?
-could an odd sleeping pattern (3AM-11AM) cause hormone levels to freak out?
-could low vitamin D levels influence testosterone levels?

Any help will be appreciated!
