28 Days - Velocity Diet Journal

I figure that the one meal a day plan will lead to more cheat meals, meals get larger, etc just justifying ways to cheat by the way of the one meal a day. I’m gonna try to get to around 170 in the first two weeks and see what bf etc I am from there. My reccomendation for you would be to go as long as you can on just the strict version, get down close to where you want to be and start the transition phase there.

I’d like to be around 165, thus around 168-169 ill probably switch to the one meal a day range and try to get to where I want to be and if I do end up cheating it won’t affect the overall outcome as much. So maybe get down to 138ish and then try the one meal a day version.

Wakaki, Everything I’ve read on Shuggart’s Hammer has been to wait at least a month before repeating the
V-Diet. I am no expert but restricting calories to that degree can’t be good for your thyroid with so little time to normalize. Wouldn’t it be better to increase your calories to a “normal” level and hold for 4-6 weeks and then repeat the diet?
just a thought.

I even think a clean bulk would be a great idea, after about a month, but then again I am not you so whatever you choose I know you will do.
great job!

Bill021,

Thanks for bringing that to my attention!
I have actually been “bulking” a bit the past 2 days, haha…

If that’s the case, it is better to wait and not do damage - it’s not worth it to sacrifice health for rapid weight loss. I will wait 4 weeks.

Thanks again!

Wakiki

You talked about the line being blurred having those cravings for carbs.

A hijacking of powerfull bodily forces that would do anything to return to the heavy carb days.
I sense a tone of defeat to those desires.
I havent read all of your post and dont know what
you had.
Are you allowing yourself the chance
to have one day or one meal to eat whatever you want?

Enjoy those foods once in a great while and know its
purely enterainment.

Wakiki, what going on? What are you doing for your diet?

Hey man…how ya doin?
