I think that a before picture helps us “rating” this person a lot. I would be more opt to give a higher rating to some dude who just did the V-diet and dropped 50lbs to 9% then a dude who went from 11% to 10%.
My personal view on this thread is how well someone changes themselves. But I might be the only one; if so…oh well.

I agree and Bonzer you come off a complete asshole in most of your posts and you look nothing like a pro body builder either. Well maybe for the 150 level, what ever that is.
I much rather be a semi pro - athelte (football, fighter, basketball) than a pro bodybuilder anyday.
I know tons of hyooge guys but it is always funny when they can’t even walk without tirpping because they are so uncoordinated.
As far as I know this website is about getting stronger, faster, and perfoming better. I also see this is a rate my phsyique forum and there is a sepearate bodybuilding forum.
