I was injured gained about 40 pounds and im trying to work my way back down. I rejoin the team in 29 days any advice would be greatly appreciated.


This is where i am now . Could really use some advice. Also i wonder wut my bodyfat percentage is any ideas?

Why wait? why not start eating clean now and walking? Look up any diet article and go from there.

I have no idea what you’re even doing, your background, how long you’ve been out of practice from anything, and what you’re currently doing. How the hell are we supposed to give you advice when you give us nothing more then a few pictures.
