250mg Test E E5D or Split E3.5D

I need your help and thoughts regarding my injection interval.

250mg E5D or split it 150mg Monday and 150 mg Thursday of total 300mg?

Which one is more preferable?

This is my first cycle and I will run it for 12 weeks. Only testosterone e with nolva as pct and probably hcg.

Anyone?

I don’t give cycle advice but can tell you that it’s highly unlikely you would notice a difference.

Difference in what? Based on the total dose or split?

150mgs Monday and 150mgs Thursday

How much can i expect the total testosterone will be in the blood work for total 300mg week?

First cycle for me, currently on week 8. I’m running 300mg test c Monday and Thursdays. I’m 5’5 190lb. I don’t plan to look jacked my first cycle however my strength has gone through the roof, I can notice gains for sure even though I am a bit on the fluffy side.

IMO pin Monday and Thursdays.

I’m saying you are splitting hairs. I doubt you will notice a difference in gains or how you feel.

No correct answer to that, everyone responds differently.

On average anywhere from 5-6 times he dose is normal, so 1500-1800

I see. The first of my 3 injection I injected 250mg twice week of total 500mg. I felt weird, i think it was too much for me or my size (60kg, 168cm)
and maybe also because it’s was my first time ever. So I reduced to 300mg instead and split it because it says the hormone are more stable when splitting the injection and also good for E2.

Only you can answer that

This was a mental placebo. You are not going to feel long estered Testosterone that fast.

This is true but again. Ost wouldn’t notice the difference in the two protocols you asked about.

Nope.

Do you really think it was placebo?

I got oily face and some acne in the chin and still have it. And a bit bloated face. Got burned feeling around nipples after third shot.

Was so afraid and worried for couple days ago so that I went to Reddit under testosterone subreddit and all help I got was they attacking ashamed me and down vote me.

I know that mental mood improvement comes after week 3. But I could really feel these symptoms on 250mg after second shot.

So now I decided to go with 300mg and try it for 4 weeks and see and then increase if it’s non side effects. The most side effect I’m afraid are gyno, and then hair loss. I just think it’s too much to worry about getting estrogen on control and bloodwork aren’t really cheap in Northern Europe.

Yes.

Most physiological changes start weeks 3-4 although you can gain some water weight quicker. Mentally you may feel improved mood a little earlier.

Neither are likely at your dose and duration.

Oh okay. I felt great first week after the first shot but the second and third shot made me crash feeling. You may right about placebo.

Maybe I was went and worried too much about side effects and gyno mentally?

Because now I have feeling that my estrogen are sky high even if I haven’t taken any blood work yet. I did blood work before cycle and I never had or issue with high estrogen.

But next week I’ll take estrogen and testosterone blood work just to calm my mind down and see where I’m. I’ll post it here.

Btw you mentioned there’s so called honeymoon during cycle in an other thread, when does this honeymoon feeling kick in and when does decline or how long does it last?

Is this an only first time feeling? I mean you don’t feel same honeymoon feeling for next cycle?

Everybody is different but typically starts about a month after your first pin of long estered Test and lasts a month or two. The extra T causes a dopamine spike temporarily. The feel good mood for me lasted 1-2 months. On TRT you won’t get it back but for cycling you can since your receptors will down regulate once off for awhile.

Oh interesting, sounds like just like any other party drugs.

So how does those who have normal-ish testosterone still want to jump on TRT? What are the long term benefit of it?

If you have normal T levels it would not benefit you much. A lifetime of pinning isn’t worth even an optimization program IMO. I have friends who jumped on TRT with normal levels despite my attempts to talk them out of it. They got. Thing out of it and quite frankly risked their healthy functioning HPTA.

There are many who consider 15 nmol to be low for someone in their early forties. So you mean it’s better keep on own natural levels as long it’s constantly below 15 nmol? Or is 15nmol low?

My last blood work showed 15nmol. And I’m in my mid 30’s.
