god damn it, jesus, this is getting really hard guys, sometimes i feel overwhelmed, some times i feel like if i were on drugs (good), sometimes i feel like quiting, don’t get me wrong, i won’t quit, i’ll get to the goal line, but the road it’s getting heavy… any way, here’s the circuit i did yesterday. ( i took out power cleans, high pull and presses because my left shoulder hurted a little, so i let it rest

i did 10 sets of each complex, i did 5 reps per exercise, non rest between exercises, 1 minute rest between sets.

i sweated a lot, and felt a lot better after completing my session.

wtf? wtf! wtf! WTF? WTF! what the fuck? what the fuck! WHAT THE FUCK? WHAT THE FUCK!

guyssss, i’m a happy mofo, i can’t believe it, today at the end of my boxing session (wich was great) a friend was trying to do pull ups, but he couldn’t, so i told him to grip the bar with different grip (chin up) so i showed him and tried, and WTF i actually did one chin up, you know my first CHIN UP (chin to the bar level) , i know some of you can do your BW+300 lbs for 10 reps, but this is my first CHIN UP, wtf, that made me really happy, so i tried them again lately on my bench session.

Congrats on the chins! It’s always nice to see improvement. Felt the same way the first time I did weighted pullups.

Thanks a lot man, chins were a really good achievment, you know, I’m lifting my heavy ass from the floor with just my arms.

And nop, I will take before pictures when I get down to 100kg, until now I’ve only lost 7kg but everyone has toldme that I look better

guys, this week was really hard, but i’m really fatigated, so i decided to have a cheat DAY today, i’ve ate many tacos (not too many), had one little soda and little more.

damnnn, now i feel so much better, but guilt is killingme, but i know i did right, i had been adviced to refeed or cheat or whatever you callit. specially when i’ve been dieting 6 weeks, but i’m happy with my progreess, damn 7 kilos off me, my performance on boxing has sky rocketed, now i can do chin ups, i think i got my 400 pull, etc.

This was my first training like this, so i’ll improveit for the next session, at the end of my transformation i don’t want you to just say -good work-, i want you to say, HOLY SHIIIIIITT, you fucking did it man.

when i reach my weight goal i’m going serious on boxing, for now i want to get as lean and strong as posible, but i’m taking boxing really serious.

damn, another bitter-sweet day, i weighted my self today, and mmm i was a little disapointed, i weighted 112.2kg
or 246.8lbs, that’s a total of 7.8kg lost until now, pretty good ha?, and i measured my waist line and it measured 125cm, that’s 9cm lost, pretty good, but i’m aiming for a lot more.

Boxing was great, i’m trainig hard, gibving it all, following each advice i get from other boxers, trying to improve in every aspect.

these felt unusually heavy, and my joints didn’t feel at their prime, so that was all i did.

I’m keeping cals low this week, i replaced on solid meal with another shake, so the menu is.

Meal one: 3 fired eggs, 3 tortillas
meal two: Protein shake (2 spoonful of chocolate powder+1 of powder milk)
meal three: 150gr of chicken breast
meal four:Protein shake (2 spoonful of chocolate powder+1 of powder milk)
meal five:Protein shake (2 spoonful of chocolate powder+1 of powder milk)

i really want to take it easy this week, 'cause the next cycle of the 5/3/1 will be the most important i’ve had, i’ll try to rep 170kg, i’m aiming for 5 reps (at the third week), so wish me luck.

just for the record, today i headed to my boxing class as any other day, i didn’t expect anything out of what i always do, so i did my roadwork and shadowboxing, then 1 round of padwork, wich i did well, so my trainer told me that i waas going to spar, i asked- are you kiddin’?,

he said no, so he talked to a heavy dude wich knows how to box pretty well, and i was there, i started inmediatly with 3 jabs, then one straight, then he punched me, really hard, so i got close and started to throw some hooks, the dude punched really hard, but he obviously knew more than i do, so i we did only 2 rounds.

at the end the dude toldme- nice work, you punched me hard-, that made me really happy

thanks sluicy, yeah definitly the chin ups have been one of my biggest achievements, when i started this log i really didn’t know what to expect, but lots of good things have come with effort, i’m learning how to box, i think i got my 400 pull or even a little more, the chin ups, etc. this rocks.

wow, it was a shitty week guys, god!!!, almost 7 weeks on the track, and i’ve lost weight, but i’m still looking like a pregnant guy!!!wtf?, i hate having a HUGE waist, it seriously pisses me off when i look at my self on the mirror,

thoughts like “give up”, “you look the same”, “your wasting your time”, they come to my mind each time i look at the mirror, jesus!!!, well i guess it’s what i deserv, i didn’t get to 264lbs in 2 weeks, and i can’t expect to lose all the fat in 2 weeks.

hi there guys, today i had a weird feeling, i even felt gay, let me explain it, as every monday, i woke up early and went to the bathroom, then ufff, it was time to weight my self, damn, on sunday i had a cheat DAY, 'cause i was feeling really tired, so i thought that i hadn’t lose any weight, but surprise!!!, scale numbers were clear, 110.8kg, those are almost 10kg lost!!!, i felt like crying, (of hapiness), yeah, i wanted to cry, i was proud of my self guys, i remembered all those times when i dreamed about losing weight.

because i know there are plenty of fatties that are happy with their selfs, but not me, i feel uncomfortable, disgusting, pissed off, and i’m changing!!!, on my own!!!, you know that feels great, i know there a a lot of dedicated guys on this web, but i was a lazy one, i never put effort on things, i always used to quit, i even tried to convince my self that i was happy being fat, but hell NO!!.

Today i went to school, and some of my friends told me very surprised that i looked a lot leaner, that made me reallllly happy. ufffff 15 more kf to go.
