god damn it, jesus, this is getting really hard guys, sometimes i feel overwhelmed, some times i feel like if i were on drugs (good), sometimes i feel like quiting, don’t get me wrong, i won’t quit, i’ll get to the goal line, but the road it’s getting heavy… any way, here’s the circuit i did yesterday. ( i took out power cleans, high pull and presses because my left shoulder hurted a little, so i let it rest
Front squat
Deadlift

warm up:1x5x20kg
working sets: 10x5x30kg
i did 10 sets of each complex, i did 5 reps per exercise, non rest between exercises, 1 minute rest between sets.
i sweated a lot, and felt a lot better after completing my session.
