25 Days of Pain and Madness

Woked up today with a pretty tight lower back, i tried to strech a little, i’m thowing in some hip mobility training, i just have to get a foam roller, or build one, i’ve never seen on of those in mexico.

I took out the push press, my shoulder are already taking a pounding with boxing, so there’s no reason to stress them even more, and that way i will add easily more weight to the complexes.

all done with 40kg, 90 seconds rest between first 5 sets, one minute on the remaining, i’ll add weight for the next session, damn, really hard.

I just woke up form a 3 hour nap, and wtf?? my upper and midle back are sore as hell, wow, rack pulls are the shitt, i’m definitely sticking to them.

i’m starting to see some incredible changes in my body, my arms, my traps, my shoulder, my legs, well they’re starting to look pretty well (for me, 'cause they were only lard deposits, no visible muscle), i can’t really imagine how i’ll look at 90kg, and i don’t mean to get to 90kg easily, i want to add some muscle before, so it make take some time, but hell, if i’m already doing it, let’s do it as best as possible.

Later i’ll hit the heavy bag…again :).

I just ended another heavy bag session, yeah i’ll post every single of my training sessions, i need somehing that remembers me that i’m still doing it, and in the end it will worht it :).

i forgot to mention, 60 seconds rest between each round, ufff, i remember the first day i faced the heavy bag, i wasn’t able to punch it for more than 30 seconds, after that i was really winded, and now i’m training for ROUNDS, that’s coool.

what a day, today on school there was this kid, trying to show off his “huge” arms, jaja, he was flexing them like the hulk or something like that, he even climbed a tree and did 2 chin ups, i said, wow, you’re the man, he inmediatly replied with a - i bet you can get more than me (obvioslly sarcasm), so i said .i’ll try-

so i extended my arms and started pulling my self, i got 5 reps, and told the guy, i guess i won!!

he didn’t say anything, and he even put his sweater on, then like 15 minutes later he told me that he was “ready”, i asked, ready for what?? he said that he wanted also some roids, the mofo thought that i was on roids just because being so heavy i was able to chin up my self, that made me happy, many guys were asking me impressed that how much did i weight, they didn’t believe it.

though i did only 5 chin ups on a tree, well i guess, that i have made some really nice improvements, i din’t see as something extraordinary, but now that i think it, 4 months ago i couldn’t even do one third of a single chin up. :).

Today i woke up and weighted my self, and damn 102.5kg, that’s like the same from last week, also i think i’ve been measuring my waist the wrong way (sometimes), so now it is at 118cm, no real loss, so in conclusion a shitty week i had.

Definitely sounds like it is time for a real deload on everything. Probably about 50% of what you normally do, that includes boxing and other cardio.

jesus, i don’t know why, but i loaded the bar with 50kg(110lbs), i stupidly noticed this after finishing the session, it was hard as hell, but damn, i progresses and was able to go trhough the session, did i mention that it was hard as hell??

Also my ass and hams are really fucking sore.

Ok, so today is monday, and as usual i got up, went tho the bathroom and went back to my room to weight my self. i weighted 100.1kg!!! damn it, i almost broke the 100kg barrier, damnnnnn, (it was a fucking great loss,last week i weighted 102.5kg, so those are 2.4kg less (5.3pounds less) in a week!! (i’m at my strongest so i doubt i’m loosing any muscle).

Waistline measured 117cm, not much, but that’s a 1cm loss, damnnn ufff i broke through another plateau.

i won’t say anything else, i’m really happy with my progress so far. what i jsut got a fucking huge smile, those are 44pounds!!! if you can’t imagine what 44 pounds are, try to add that to your actual DL.

enought said, it ain’t over yet, i got another 20 pounds to lose, so wish me luck!!.
