You kind of have to wonder why anyone would argue that 11" arms are normal for a grown man. What kind of men are these? They sure as hell aren’t active. They aren’t carpenters or field hands. They don’t do much manual labor. How is that normal across the board for grown men?
I have been to other countries. I have been to third world South America in a jungle where they had NO gyms and some of the dudes walking around were still more developed than some of the people on this website.
That is fucking pathetic and it says more about how weak some of the people are here if they truly WANT to believe that this is “average”.
What about an 11" cock? Is that average?

Don’t know. I personally don’t see enough bags O dicks to be able to tell.

Did he win his race? He looks like he’s all alone and has pulled away from the other competitors?
I will throw another 1/2 cent in the mix…I think the average college gymnast at a fairly large school can do most if not all of what the guys in the OP were doing, I have said that before…but I doubt they are as jacked as these guys.
their builds have more to do with genetics than anything.
speaking on the “average mans arms” IV vascular access is something I am actually an expert at, that is finding veins in the upper extremities to cannulate with IV needle and tubing is something I do dozens and dozens of times every night.
people with skinny and flabby arms just dont have any veins, not only are they hard to find, but even using a vascular ultrasound imaging device, the veins are just not there.
if you dont work with your arms, be it in labor or in the gym, whatever, you will not have muscle and the vascular support of that muscle.

When you have someone who is BELOW average they strive for Average, so probably half the guys on this site, start out BELOW average (or stay). So arguing about what is average, makes the BELOW guys feel better. Get it?
Anyone who thinks a height above 5’7 or a bicep size above 13 inches is ‘normal’ is deluding themselves.
If you restrict your study to North America and some parts of Europe, then yes, that is small (even though the average height of an american male is 5’9).
However, in every other part of the world, those dimensions are perfectly normal.
Just because you have the luxury to eat as much as you want, with the best training knowledge and equipment in the world, doesn’t mean it’s “normal”.
The american population accounts for 4 percent of the world’s entire population.
This is like comparing Jay Cutler to the average gym goer.
“Well why would I compare it to anyone who hasn’t been a serious body builder for at least ten years”.
Why would someone in America care about comparing themselves to anyone BUT the other people in America as far as this topic? Why would I compare myself to people I never see or interact with simply because they exist?
The average height for a grown man here is NOT 5’7". That is considered short here. Also, no one was talking about “13” arms". We specifically said ELEVEN INCH arms on a grown man. You basically wasted time writing this seeing as you are arguing shit no one has brought up.
The very first thing you posted was about 11’ being the global (that means worldwide not just america) standard being much more than 11 inches.
Wrong. I said that most grown men on the [planet don’t have 11" arms. You have not proven that wrong and neither has the other poster. He needed to use “13 inches” just to comment.
What’s funny is I don’t see ANY of you nitpicking what anyone else writes on this forum to this degree.
I “nitpick” anyone who comes across as an arrogant s.o.b who seems to contradict people without actually caring whether the opinions/facts he spouts have any basis in reality. In regards to this, you are by far the worst on this site. Questions?
The avg. chinese male rural is 5’5 city is 5’7 and 145 lbs (obviously not big at all)
the avg indian is 5’5
the avg mexican is 5’5
I am 5’7 160 with 14-15 inch arms. While not big in any way, no non body builder would ever call my arms small. They are twice the size of virtually every asian, Indian, latino and east african immigrant I see, of which I see alot. Why dont you show us some of these ellusive facts that prove your point, or is it simply that all the dudes on my block are big, and so are all these guys at this resort I went to one time.

What FACTS are you showing that the average for all men in the world is 11" for arm circumference when flexed? You haven’t shown ONE yet but are demanding statistics from me when the whole point was VISUAL OBSERVATION.
You first, jackass.
How hypocritical can you be?

Hell, you were the only one yet to show some real stats and they sure as hell don’t point to most men’s arms being only 11".
I would say YOU win the argument.
This other guy is just pissed because I post here.
