Week 16 to 24 Winstrol 50 Mg ED/ Proviron 25 MG ED / 100 MG of Masteron EOD
Arimidex 0.5 MG ED
PCT:
Who have time for PCT? I will cruise for the first time, some Nolva and Clomid to take care of my guys ( I think that everybody should do that while blast and cruising )
Diet:
Bulking will be around
463 Grams of Carbs
280 Grams of Prot
76 Grams of Fat
( it will be more complicated since I calculate my TDEE)
And cutting will be
around 267 Grams of Protein
157 grams of Carbs
and 47 Grams of Fat
Stats:

So you’re plan is to bulk and cut during the whole 24 week cycle?
How often are you going to pin during weeks 2-24?
0.5 Adex ED is A LOT. Rule of thumb is 1 mg Adex/week for each 100 mg Test/week. So weeks 1-24 you need 7 mg of Adex/week. Your plan calls for 14 mg/week. You could crash your E2. And since EQ is comparable to Masteron, its possible it may reduce your E2 further. With all that said, Dbol can cause big jumps in E2 and gyno along with it. You need to keep yourself aware of the signs of gyno when on the Dbol. Also get yourself some N-Acetyl Choline (NAC) and Milk thistle to protect your liver while on Dbol. Take daily.
You probably don’t need both clomid and nolva but I’m not an expert here but I dont think there is any synergistic effect of taking both. Clomid has undesirable sides. I’d stick with Nolva.

Thanks god, I have a low aromatase and this is not my first cycle. I don’t aromatize that easy.
I want to add some muscle to then reduce my bodyfat from 11% to 7% or 6 ( if i’m lucky enough). Since I’m 11.53% from 187 will let me with like 172 pounds of muscle and due to my height I will look too skinny.
I usually prepare my body before any cycle for around 8 weeks, cleaning my intestine, taking care of my liver and increasing my sensibility to insulin with my diet. I don’t drink and I have a pretty clean diet, no sugar, no hydrogenated fat and keep it the as natural as I can.
I will try to get 15 pounds during the 24 weeks and lower my body fat. How realistic does that sound for you?
I know some people say 30 mg of Dbol is enough but you may increase your dose. Its a great bulking cycle and targets nutrient efficiencies. I definitely think 15 pounds possible.
have you run Dbol before? I know you said you dont aromatize easily but my first cycle of dbol gave me lumps almost immediately. I had to stop and take letro to get rid of them. My second try with dbol, I ran Masteron with it and it kept the gyno at bay but i think it hindered my gains some.
Yes, the first time that I tried it, it was great actually. This is actually my first time with EQ and I read that it takes around 8 weeks to kick in. That being said, I will try to start doing low intensity cardio ( 60% of my max heart rate) 3 times a week to keep it clean and after 8 weeks I will increase to maybe 4 to 5 times a week, but I will adjust it depending of how I react to EQ. I will keep and eye on my weight and BF% after week 8. After week 16 I will plan to cut my carbs and start with a HIIT and change my training for fat lose. Increase my heart rate during cardio and cut some carbs ( you know Macros ).
The main idea is to take advantage of the timing of each compound to gain as much muscle and then lose as much fat as I can.
Sound like you got it all planned out. I’m sure others will chime in.
Dont forget to take before and after pics and measurements. Have somebody help you with the measurements. Treat it like an experiment. Then come back and show us the results.

Legitimately jealous of this cycle, minus the test prop. This sounds really good and I’m interested to see the results.
As far as dbol is concerned, I think Stud is right. I ran it at 20/30/40/30/20 (or something like that) and I certainly got good strength and some nice size out of it. But I also was pretty worried about e2 issues and bloat, so I didn’t push the dosage as high as most guys do. I’m betting if I’d run it at 50mg I would have seen better results, though that wasn’t my stated goal. You could go higher for four weeks of you trust your ability to manage your e2 (and it sounds like this isn’t your first rodeo, so I’m betting you know your body pretty well).

Since Prop is short it will help to accelerate the process a little bit. I took in consideration adding Test P to the formula because:
1- Economic factor ( I was running short with diet, supplements and daily expenses) to get to a solid 700 Mg per week
2- Sust its a mix of different esters but in this formula I will be able to control it.
3- Not that much water retention ( I took in consideration sodium, cardio, insulin sensitivity, when and how to eat foods).
I know that I going to be a strainer after week 8, but it’s ok, I can handle it. Dbol, its great, and my body reacts fantastic with orals, but in this one I will use it as a kicker for the cycle. With patient and consistency I’m sure that I will be able to achieve my goal. I’m also writing down progress in a notebook ( I hate to do it on a cellphone) to keep my numbers with lifting and reps.
I did not run 1 gram of Test because, I’m 25 and my endogenous t is pretty good and I have been training for like 6 years now. I will keep you updated, even when I know a lot of training, I’m pretty noob on Pharma. I’m open to recommendations.
