yeah you had those kept in but I’m not going to be running masteron or winstrol so was unsure what to do there but will see what the coach recommends nearer the time. yeah I have read both threads. as for not having enough mass to compete, I’ve looked through the past winners of the federation and you could definitely hold your own, I have confidence and I have less muscle mass than you do. what height are you?

@blshaw thanks for the input, yeah I feel tenderness in my left nipple at times and feel like there is a lump there but my GP said I have nothing to worry about. better safe than sorry though so I will be running nolva. what impacts liver values other than taking orals? I guess alcohol but I have never had alcohol so maybe that’s why my results are relatively good. Once again may be better safe than sorry so I’ll look into tudca, thanks!

Yes alcohol and sadly I’m a drinker but I abstain on cycle. Other things that affect it are excessive over the counter pain meds, being obese, statins, and I was even checked for hepatitis which I don’t have thank god.

20mg/day of tamoxifen makes me feel like shit after a while. If I were you I’d try 10mg/day or 20mg/EOD see if that is enough (it probably would be).

Keep an eye on TSH and at some point in the future you may want to invest in a full thyroid panel especially if it gets any higher. Ideal TSH is closer to 1 with a high number possibly signifying hypothyroid.

in what way does it make you feel shit Dex? I’ve got an injury currently where I cannot inhale fully and when I try to I get a stabbing pain on the right hand side of my back down where my lungs are. I’m not saying it’s to do with the nolva but other than that I feel quite fine if not sleepy all the time.

okay doke thanks for the advice, will get bloods rechecked in 6 weeks and if it has moved upwards we’ll do the full thyroid panel.

Nolva makes me feel a little lethargic. Nothing that bad though. Just a little less energy at higher doses. It may affect others differently.

three days in and I’ve already got uncomfortable lower back pumps which affected my leg session earlier. going to look into Taurine to aid that issue.

my nipples feel like someones flicking/licking them and that’s not ideal, should that be felt on nolva? (is it normal) tbf I did try to authenticate my nolva and it wasn’t recognised - currently in discussions with my supplier however. will place an order elsewhere for it and hopefully have some in place soon. I am considering arimidex because I really don’t like how my nipples feel and due to the fact that I have naturally high estrogen but I am prepared to wait it out.

Thanks for the well wishes but my birthday is in October. I personally haven’t experienced nipple licking on Tamoxifen but I wouldn’t be opposed to it.

so I’ve been blasting for 2 weeks now and my weight is going up rather than down. I’m on 2300ish cals per day and I’ve jumped 3lbs in those two weeks. I am looking bigger and probably better tbh but I need my weight to decrease. On stage I’m hoping to be around 183lbs and I’m currently 209lbs with 10 weeks out. Is it possible to get leaner on dbol/test whilst putting weight on?

Very possible. It just takes a little time for the water and glycogen go away.

the next few weeks are really going to be crucial as I try to lose some fat to evaluate whether I’m going to be lean enough for the first show.

How much cardio are you doing?

zilch, I dislike cardio and would reduce food before partaking. I used cardio 4 weeks out of my last show so don’t really want to be doing it yet. do you think it is required?

Never reduce food to avoid cardio. Higher calories will retain more muscle mass.

I was up to an hour a day at 11 weeks out, and to be frank brother, you need it.

Between 6-800. Depending on incline and speed.

yeah I aimed for 300 calories the last time around. 10 weeks out for my last show I was around the same bodyfat so it’s not yet full panic stations but I will chuck in some cardio and remove my cheat meal.

Ideally you want to be ready 4 weeks out.
