I do use a neutral grip. Easier on my shoulder.
doesn’t seem like a big deal to me. If I could do pullups and chin-ups as a 300+lb person last year, I should still be able to do pullups with the same weight.
Same with squats every time you get out of a chair/off the couch your squatting 300+ lbs
Doing chins as a 300lb person is equally impressive, especially since it wasn’t 300 pounds of good things

Seems like the chin-ups and the BB curls would put pressure on your rotator
And deadlifting, rowing, and lat pulldowns. they all cause pain, but I have strength, so I’m going to keep working.
I can’t do a push-up or press a dumbbell over 5 lbs with my left hand.
It’s the strangest sensation to have no strength to push, but be able to hold and/or pull.
I’ve had similar issues. Like when I had lifter’s shoulder from DB pressing too much too deep. I ended up not being able to press 30’s with that arm.
Eventually you will heal. It seems to take me 4 months to heal each time I screw up.
I hope to need surgery. MRI is 9/23. Results 10/1.
It’s an open machine, this will be my third try. I hope I can stay in there this time.

I don’t know if it’s an option for you, but my ex-wife had claustrophobia and anxiety, and after one aborted MRI attempt, her doc prescribed her a single valium to take an hour before the second one, and it worked like a champ.
Dr gave me two. One to take an hour before, and the second to take just as I’m going in.
