well, I could not be such a wuss ![]()
I donāt know, man. Itās a weird experience. Iāve only had one done once, and that was voluntaryāI donāt remember it being too horrible, but⦠Hereās hoping I donāt ever need to do it again.
Youāll rock it next time. Meds will help. ![]()
Thatās nothing. My wife kills the spiders in our house for me because she knows they freak me out. You can take my man card now ![]()
It is a hard thing for people who donāt experience claustrophobia to understand.
I had a long MRI before, I was fine until my head started to think about movie scenes. I made it through, but it was a weird experience.
Welcome back man, Iāve been missing your wild antics around here. Good luck on the MRI dude

Tbh man its a natural feeling in that tube and all the humming. The first few minutes are quite confronting but if you can get into your own mind and breathing eventually the noise becomes rhythmical and it all fades away
Man are you feeling hungry as fuck on 1700 cals?
@kleinhound .. how about 1250!!! Damn @throwawayfitness thatās my lunch. Not sure how you can function, let alone lift with that little cals.
No. I want to look a certain way so bad that it feels like a small price to pay.
Animal mindset
I feel you bro I was eating 1200 to 1500 for the first couple of months too but just a warning I noticed my metabolism took a hit and I stopped losing till I bumped my calories back up for a bit and readjusted to higher intake. Dropping them back now to cut again.
This is nothing.
If you start at the beginning of this log I was fasting for 48, 72 and 96 hours. While lifting every day and taking 10-mile walks.
F*ck yes!!
Happy to see you logging again my man.
That progress above is really inspirational my dude
Absolutely fucking insane progress mate.
Jesus.
Glad youāre back logging. I cant add to what everyone else said - pure animal.
I am very claustrophobic as well. I find that keeping my eyes closed the whole time helps a lot. That way, I donāt feel quite so trapped.
I can imagine that trying to visualise something pleasant, as theinneroh suggests, would work well too.
I used to be a scuba diver many years ago, so I always focus on slow, relaxed breathing, which helps me a lot.
Best of luck tomorrow!
This is some journey you have taken and and there is still more to come. Keep working hard mate, canāt wait to see how you go.
