I enjoy fasting. The longest was 96 hours. After the first day, you get mental clarity, I became really sharp. I had already only been eating dinner (OMAD) so skipping dinner was not a big deal.
I waste so much time and energy counting grains of rice and putting together foods as macros like Jenga. It’s awesome to not be worried about it.
Why I thought x would be a good idea, I’ll never know would be an apt name for this log.
Don’t misunderstand–I mean no offense, nor am I taking a shot. And while I haven’t posted often, I’ve been following along, rooting for you the whole way–specifically, that you would remain healthy and continue to progress. But my dude, some of the choices you’ve made…Here’s hoping you find it within yourself to make more healthful decisions before a worse mishap befalls you.
