When I first got my nerve issue, pushups were pretty demotivating. Going to RPE 10 sets of 8 was not great for the ego. If you still have strength, and it just hurts, YMMV.

I guess also struggling with sub 50% of my previous max for low rep sets hit me right in the ego too though.

lol ya I’ve been there but I still think it’s good to spend some time doing pushups or any movement where the scapula isn’t supported by a bench.

Ugh. Really sorry to hear that. Hopefully just a rough day or so. Let’s leave it there for now, but keep us posted—it can be a slippery slope, man, I’ve been there.

Totally all it is.

Came off the dbol my 8 weeks were up. It gives you a sense of euphoria, walk around with your head in the clouds, almost a god-like feeling.

Back to baseline happy go lucky any day now.

I blasted for 7 weeks. Only 410 mg of test, but I had the same issues you said. But I didn’t have acne. Just 3 pimples total. Previously at 500 I was breaking out everywhere. This is my second week back at normal and I’m not having anxiety anymore.

I started off bathing in dawn dish soap. Moved onto African black Soap. Then to PanOxyl.

Scrubbing head, face and shoulders 2x daily.

Today some Cephalexin should be here. Will run that for 2 weeks.

If that doesn’t work, Accutane is next.
