Hello guys, I want to run basic first cut cycle (haven’t done cycle overall).
Age - 22M
I have access on Pharmaceutical injectable L carnitine and Testosterone propionate (50mg/ml).
I thought to run:
50mg test propionate every other day
500mg l carnitine every day (injectable).
Is test propionate dosage very low? I know that L carnitine upregulates androgen receptors and in script it’s written that it increases the effect of anabolic compounds. But still, is the test propionate dosage low? Should I take it everyday? If yes, then can I preload syringes? Also, have access on Pharmaceutical HCG and can run it during the cycle if it’s better. Of course I’ll do PCT with tamoxifen and again, I have pharma product (will have AI on hand).
My aim is to retain muscle and lose fat but don’t feel very tired / depressed.
I do 60min cardio in the morning with the following settings: Incline - 10, Speed - 5.0 (My BPM is between 130-145). And workout at afternoon.
My diet will be:
150g oats with 1 green apple sliced in it.
200G Chicken Breast + 1 Apple
300G Chicken Breast + Broccoli
150G Buckwheat
180G Cottage Cheese
If I am mistaken and what I do isn’t proper, then apologize. If test cycle isn’t recommended, no problem, I won’t do that. Looking forward for your opinions
Everything about this is wrong. When I see posts where there are 1 or 2 issues, I try to give proper advice to ‘fix’ the cycle. But you are clearly not ready for this. There is nothing good about what you posted. Don’t run the cycle.
drugs are to build, not cut. cut with cardio and a calorie deficit.
run your first cycle at the made-up arbitrary age of 25, you’re too young.
l carnitine is dosed by bodyweight. why 500mg?
When you do run your first cycle it isn’t my diet will be, it’s my diet and training have been dialed in for a long time.
You are asking basic questions that you should already know the answers to. You have not done enough reading and research. You are not ready for a cycle.
You can accomplish your goals without messing with your hormones.
I agree with all answers here. Doesnt look like you know enough about what matters, so doing steroids is a few years in the future for you.
Not listening and doing them anyways will result in nothing, or worse - you comming back with steroid induced problems and nothing to show for it.
My question is what kind of physique development are you working with?
You don’t mention anything about your strength or “guesstimated” percent body fat.
What are your strongest lifts? Give us a weight and reps you can handle.
Injectable L carnitine is used between 2g and 6g for people over 12 to treat stenocardia and other deseases. 500mg is good dosage for me for cut.
I am here to listen. I have read informations about this but since most people have UGL products and I have access on high quality pharma products, that’s why I asked about these dosages. Also, wanted to hear from you if anyone has tried so low doses during cutting just to maintain muscle/normal level of testosterone while on big calorie deficit.
Btw it seems I did very wrong when I came up with that “idea”. Also know that 22 isn’t optimal age and don’t wanna mess with my hormones and don’t wanna ruin the party, I won’t run any AAS. Thanks again! But to be fair, I may think about L carnitine and B6 shots.
What is your prior experience with AAS? Your diet needs work for sure. Do you have a lot of muscle you are afraid of losing. AAS aren’t just used for bulking, that’s nonsense, the 500g of L-Carnitine is fine but it needs insulin to be loaded correctly or it’s going to take a while to build up in your system. I’ll give you a simple diet model, Bodyweight x 8 for calories, 100g of carbs, 1x Bodyweight in Protein and the rest in fats. Give yourself a high carb day once a week or a huge cheat meal. It’s an aggressive way to cut but it works. Or go buy XLR8 from Paul carter, super effective diet model, I was in his test group and got peeled in 9 weeks.
Absolutely agree, but I think the issue here is that this would be his first cycle, and it would be really unusual for someone to run their first cycle specifically just for a casual cut (meaning non-competitive reasons). He hasn’t built an appreciable amount of muscle in the first place for a cut with steroids to make any sense.
DUDE. These pictures confirm my suspicions. You’re nowhere near ready for steroids. I don’t mean that to be offensive, but this is a forum where you should expect a dose of reality. There is absolutely no reason to take any drug, or even significant supplement, to cut from where you are.
I would recommend dropping all of this, and just see what you can do with diet alone for this cut. Then, the next time you decide to cut some fat (and hopefully you’ll have put on some muscle by then as well), you can experiment with some basic supplementation. Eventually, years from now, you could consider the next step of steroids. But right now, you’re light years away from that.

IMO, this sounds ridiculous. That is just about the correct dosing to turn your natural production of testosterone off.
Unless you have been soundly diagnosed with low T, that formula will surely head you in that direction.
