Perhaps I missed someones post but nobody has mentioned all the coffee she drinks.
Sounds as though your adrenals are getting hammered. This can have a rebound effect. Heaps of caffeine doesn’t always work for everyone.
I’m one of those people.
I quit coffee and I was barely drinking it to begin with. 1 was enough to keep me alert all day though. As a result it kept me up late and stuffed my sleep. Without it now, I’m naturally lights out at 1030pm.
I wake at 530 am without fail, no alarm. One of the most eye opening books I’ve read is “Lights out”. It speaks about how artificial light has royally screwed our whole body systems.
Things like increased cravings for sugar, stimulants and destroyed sleeping patterns and hormone production… all from Mr Edisons invention.
So my advice would be to cut coffee, try it out. Sleep more. Train on empty stomach in the morning, you wont catabolize into nothing as is the common mantra. lol
As others have mentioned, cut the chips, carbs and dairy.
no pasta at nights or other processed carbs.
up your chromium intake.
if your back is strong again, put some complexes into your workout or Crossfit style workouts once or twice a week.
de stress. - Very important.

But seriously you could just go harcore and do the V-Diet. This would get you the leanest in the least possible time. I know from personal experience. However it may be too much for your mental at this point, Refined Transformation may be a bit easier to deal with. But…hardcore strict is exactly what some people need to get their desired body fat level.
