If you NEED steroids in order to keep lean mass during a cut you have little idea about what you are doing nutritonally speaking. No one said to go paleo… no one. You need to continue eating and training you are no where near your potential natrually and can def continuie to grow. If you insist on running gear test prop would be best for you. Less water retention, but injections EOD. Clomid + nolva is unnecessary. Nolva alone works magic for test only cycles in my experience.
I’m kinda in the same boat as you, wanting to stay as lean as possible while bulking, minimal water retention. Been thinking about sustanon 250, but injections every 3rd day instead of EOD. I don’t think an extra day will cause too much fluctuation seeing how the test is a blend. Maybe someone can give an opinion on this

This is a standard recomp/cutting cycle that people have done all over the world for a long time. I thought you needed to be ripped? To be ripped, you also have to minimize water retention.
Test e takes 4-5 weeks to kick in. Test prop 2 weeks at most so you can run it for 8 weeks for maximal gains. You want to minimise risks and avoid longer shutdown, do shorter cycles.
Aren’t you going to get bloodwork? If not, and you’re paranoid about your liver values, you can do the winstrol for 4-6 weeks from the end of the cycle.
Also, you should cut down some bodyfat till you’re really 10-11% before starting. You are currently around 15%. You also need to bring up your side and rear delts and your lats because of your clavicular width.

You will have stable blood levels injecting test prop EOD. You can also have a shorter cycle with test prop. If you want to do otherwise, go ahead.
You bring up your lagging bodyparts with increased volume+frequency and develop better mind muscle connection to target them. If you can’t feel them doing the lifting and don’t get a pump in them, your MMC is not good enough. This is especially true for side and rear delts.
You are very likely bicep dominant when training lats. Get straps and pull with your elbows to target the lats better. Think of bending the bar while doing a lat spread.
You eat on cycle the way you eat naturally but increase total calories and protein. Macros are individual. You need to know what works best for you naturally and adjust from there.
