Bench Press: 330Lbs
Deadlift: 462Lbs
Squat: 420Lbs
I cycle over 140km a week so i dont train legs often and it shows.

Very impressive. I know you are miles beyond where I am, but as far as legs go for cycling, I might recommend interval training on hills. Kick it into the hardest gear hop out of the saddle, it works your front leg well and I have found can help you increase your ability to put up more weight in 8-10 rep ranges.
Also, what were your stats before training?
As far as stats go, when i graduated high school in 2004 i was 80kg, i was benching 100kg, Squatting 110kg and Deadlifting 120kg or so.
