21 Years Old Montreal

I started training at 18, so 3 years ago.
Started at 140lbs, currently 175lbs.

I’d appreciate if you guys have any comments about stuff you think I should improve, except for the shitty basement posters, thanks

Oh btw I’m 5’9

Bench : 325
Squat : 385
Deadlift : 365

Nice shoulders in that upper back shot. Lats laggin’ a bit. You need to post some legs or you’re going to get yelled at…

Odd…just saw the first two shots first time here. Forget everything I just said…

Impressive, your shoulders are awesome. And your back has a christmas tree. How did you get that?

Looks good man. Doesn’t seem to me like you are lagging anywhere, but I’m sure someone with more experience might notice something I’m not. How did you arrive to where you are now? i.e. whats your diet and training like? Keep up the good work

Traps are lagging…or maybe it’s just the way you’re posing…

Either way great job.

Excellent bench, lousy deadlift…poor squat.
Not that I’m surprised. You have some solid erectors and back development but very short arms (good for benching, bad for deadlifting)…but still, I take it youre getting back from some kind of injury or you just don;t go too high on the deadlift?
Legs are on the smaller side. Width needs improvement. Good thickness.
OK physique. 8/10 from me (assuming youre not trying to get on stage in the near future. else I would rate you 6/10).
Work harder on the squat and dead on your next mass phase.

As its been said you need more lats and traps

what does your back work consist of?

you need to work on getting that deadlift up aswell

How tall are you? What supps do you use?

What is your diet like?

Any cardio?

Im 5’9

Ive used creatine and nitric oxyde in the past
Im currently using bcaa, glutamine, whey, fish oil and thats about it…
Oh also Fenuplex+Insulinomic+Ultra Hcl 3.0

As far as diet is concerned, i was pretty much eating 3egg + 1 bagel + 1 orange juice for breakfast
1 huge portion of pasta
1 portion of whatever my mother cooked for diner

Ive only changed my diet less than a month ago and therefor, the results on pics are not related to the new diet since they were taken… 1 week after starting it

Ive never done cardio… im the type of guy that will lose weight if he stops training

Diet Used to be:
~180g protein
~200g carbs
~70g fat (mostly bad fat)
~3000 calories

Diet Now Is :

~350g protein
~100g carbs
~120g fat (good fat mostly)
~3000 calories

That’s a ton of shakes and eating about 7-8 times a day instead of 3. Were you previously keeping a log? I’m only assuming you’re keeping one now…

No I was not and yes I am now ! Will post results at the end of summer, looking to get some more mass while keeping the fat % relatively low

If your going to into bodybuilding then I’ll give you a critical eye, and some constructive critiscm but its all meant to be very positive. Agree or disagree its up to you. From reading Arnold’s encylopedia of modern bodybuilding, you need to one bring up your lats so you have a much more noticable V-taper look. Perhaps add more tri thickness to your front double bicep.

Your calves would look spectacular and very well balanced to your legs with probably an inch or two. Maybe less numbers get bloated now a days. A bit more outer sweep. You have good skinny wrists to make your forearms look massive bulk these up very important muscles. Other then that excellent work you look fanatastic take what I say as bullshit or something to go off up to you I give you a 7.
