Age - 42
Height - 6ft
Weight - 230.8 lbs
Diet:
Will be keto with a 8 hour eating window to start. Started Jan 01. No booze for January.
Workout:
Will be doing 3 full body workouts a week in January coupled with as much walking as possible.
Currently sick with a cold brought back from vacation but will be in the gym starting Jan 4th. Will outline my routine shortly.
