Cable grip is a bjj/wrestling term - this
Which when buying i was expecting to be able to do , but turns out i can only bear hug it , which has its own proās anyway so im not bummed out about that!!
And max holds as i have planned is just literally walk and hold it for as long as i can untill it drops!

Ah, calling a carry a hold threw me off. I am used to holds being done in place.
I love taking a max carry at the end of a session, especially a back focused one. Great burnout.
