It was a nice comeback by the Donkeys, but they just couldn’t stop the Hawks in overtime. I hear people complaining about the overtime again because the Broncos never got the ball. Well the defense had their chance to stop the Hawks on a few third downs and couldn’t stop Wilson.

I wasn’t complaining, btw, just would have liked to see if Seattle could have stopped him.

Anyone see the Philly American Indian Skin game? Awesome

Not for nothing at what point do we stop coddling QBs? Their was no whistle Foles, is right by where the play stopped, maybe he should pay fucking attention and stop walking around the field like he has a fucking force field around him. Not for nothing I believe the wincing and screaming was an act he was fucking fine. Get your fucking head in the fame Foles.

Shit I was really hoping to see my boy Mark get some game action.

On another note…Kirk Cousins seems perfect for this offense.

look at what the old Brown’s have done since being stolen from Cleveland and given to Baltimore. That’s 2 SB wins and 4 AFC Championships in whatever it’s been (15 years or so).
FUCK YOU ART MODELL
LOOOOOOOOOOOL
What’s funny is that the Cleveland Browns were the best team pre-superbowl era, and they could have been one of the best period, but it ends rather tragic in all cases.

The Brown’s Raven’s game was pretty damn good.

Let’s just ignore that bush league BS the Browns tried to pull though…

RIP Rob Bironas

!00% agree! Ditka was saying this morning that 20yrs ago the def woulda been applauded for such a great hit. Number 1 rule of football… Keep yo head on a swivel.

I think Cousins is custom made for this O too, but, if he doesn’t win anything, it won’t matter much. The people will be screaming for the 3rd when healthy.

The game was awesome even for the losing team. It was great to see the offense clicking (I completely missed last week’s game). Definite shootout. If not for a few bad plays at the end by Cousins, which would probably be shaken out of him if he were the starter, I think we could have had that game.

I didn’t see issue with the hit on Foles either. Our D has been very physical with QBs for a while now which I like. I was perplexed as why Trent was getting booted but then saw he came back.

No idea what will happen to RG3 when healthy. I have a feeling we will part ways with him at a fraction of what we got him for and then he will go on and be dominant wherever. Watch him end up taking over for Manning or Brady…

I don’t know dude. You know how we are. Always a twinge a doubt. Everything I’ve read is counting on the front 7. I think the only way we win is RUNNING the ball w/production. Definitely need the 3 headed monster to be a force. No Millner either… secondary is going to have its hands full.

Actually think it will be a plus that Millner doesent play…what really hurts is Decker probably being out

Agreed on Decker. I’d like to see Salas & Nelson step it up. & where’s Amaro been? Why a plus about Millner?

Millner got torched by Jordy last week, and has proved nothing thus far other than having a bit of a big mouth and a penchant for injuries.

I like Salas alot, Id like to see him step in to start…Nelson is nelson a solid pro, 4th type receiver. I gotta feeling we will see Amaro score tonight

Cards 3-0 and D shut out 9ers in 2nd half.
All points scored by rookies and receiver John Brown is outstanding.
Wasn’t sure when Arians brought in Stanton but I’m impressed so far.
Just hate having week 4 as the by-week. Too damn early.

This Ray Rice thing is turning into a freakin soap opera.

100% agree.

I don’t have a problem with parents that spank, etc. We don’t tend to have to, but whatever. I got my ass whooped a couple times as a kid and ended up fine.

But 4? And to the point you broke skin? That crosses some lines, imo. How fucking bad can a 4 year old be where you break the skin beating him?
I got the wooden spoon many times near that young. I turned out fine. I think breaking the skin is a bit much, and I think that 15 strikes is also much. But again, I had my ass bruised a number of times. My understanding from my mom and father (who both got the switch growing up) is switches break skin more easily than flat spoons…

Frankly I’m thankful for it (now that my bum has finally stopped stinging lol). And my father always sent me up to my room (or timeout chair when I was really young) for a long time before he came in so he could calm down and decide how to to proceed best. I think that’s perfectly fine. I will openly admit I’m not up on the Peterson case details though.

should be a good game tonight. Bears win 27-24

Like I said. I’m perfectly fine with discipline, and if that is what this ends up being, then fine my bad.

Maybe I’m swallowing the media hype and condemning a man whom didn’t cross a line, and I’m going to feel like a shit bag if it turns out I am. We NEED disciplined kids in the world, lmao.

And I still flinch every time someone grabs the wooden spoon, lol.

I fixed that for you.

Giving a kid an ass-beating doesn’t instill discipline, nor is it a form of discipline. It is a punishment. Discipline is when there are natural consequences for an action. “I forgot to bring my lunch to school, Daddy.” “Well, I guess you don’t get a fucking lunch today then, do you? You’ll remember to bring it tomorrow, and if you don’t you’ll fucking go without lunch that day, too.”

THAT is discipline. Peterson and his ilk are just punishing their kids, not instilling discipline.

As an aside, I find it fucking hysterical that Charles Barkley and others seem to think that it’s somehow okay since the entire South apparently resorts to the same bullshit. That in and of itself is a reason to condemn the action. The South is massively depressed, both economically and emotionally, there are abnormal rates of obesity there, massive rates of smoking, suicide, criminality, unemployment, entitlement expenditures, etc., etc. If “gettin’ a whoopin’”, as Barkley so eloquently put it, is a Southern institution, well…that explains a lot.

Niners 1-2. Could it be you are angry at something else, and looking to take it out on the league?
