Excellent job, congrats.

Fantastic job! Everything looked really good to me and you could totally see where you caught your finger on your sleeves. Thanks for sharing the vids with us.

Well you didn’t go 9 for 9, but that wasn’t exactly what I meant…lol.

Good job all around.

Right now i’m sitting at 197.6 as of the weigh in Sat.

Watching the videos I probably need to lose a few pounds as I store all of my fat in my torso and I’m looking pretty doughy.

I didn’t think you look fat at all. Just asking as it relates to max strength.

Late to the game as usual. Great job at the meet, as usual. Damn good results Joe!!

I think max strength and weight aren’t as correlated as some people think on Squat and Deads but I think nothing adds to bench like adding weight. Its freaking annoying.

Great job Joe. I like the way you get right to work on those lifts.
Congrats!

I think this is the single most important thing for me and lifting. If I wait around and think about it I will screw it up.

Nice work buddy! Onwards and upwards.

Hey Joe, Congratulations on a great meet! Awesome work!

good work Joe!
