We wear baggy sweats so as to not scrape the s##t out of our shins. The two times I’ve forgotten to wear sweats on DL day I’ve drawn blood.

I’ve been working longer hours than normal this week and it caught up with me today. I had little energy and it showed. I managed to get everything done but it was a chore.

In this instance, I think Joe means “strapped” as in carrying a sidearm.
When used by young studly bucks in SAMA, could probably also mean “well-hung” in other circumstances.

As you will see i was not covered in glory from todays training. The first squat with the wraps one of the wraps came undone and on the second I had to dump it. Now I did 295 last week without wraps so dumping 300 was very disappointing. In retrospect I think i was so focused on the wraps that I didn’t do all the things I need to do for the squat to come up.
At least I hope that right.Well live and learn right? Sorry the video POV is crap.
