Great job with the 60+ day challenge! Do you go to the gym everyday, or do you have the ability to do these at home? I started it, but gave up after a few days - getting to the gym everyday just to squeeze in some lunges and pull-ups was a deal breaker.

Ten cages? I may consider moving to Alabama for that. Do you think I’d fit in down in Dixie?

Good luck with the meet - I’m betting you’ll get the 305.

Ass come dangerously close to coming off the bench. I would really like to hit 265 at the meet.

Check your federations rules on if your feet have to be flat on the ground or not when benching and then either move your feet farther back or farther apart so that your knees are below the level of your bench. Dave Tate explains that if your knees are below your ass then you can not lift your butt off the bench when using leg drive.

part 3 talks about body tightness and leg drive… there are 7 parts
