Did Branch have a lat tear by any chance?

Looks like it. I’m not sure, though.
His bis still aren’t very prominent from the back for some reason, maybe arm rotation? They look ok from the front… So I guess that’s his one weak point. ![]()
Hahaha, branch has the best mid-section there, that’s hilarious.
Man, Centopani is really good though overall… Congrats to him for the huge improvements he’s made…

The only problem he still has imo is that he is somewhat compact up top, basically his arms are somewhat short etc. That makes him look more boxy overall… But other than that… No real weaknesses anymore?

This is what I think is what makes him less aesthetic when standing next to other guys, also what lanky was saying about seperation despite how freaking lean and dry he comes in.
From the back in that line up it was just rediculous how far ahead he is, I think you are right about the arm rotation though. He needs to externaly rotate more to make his bis more visable, I wonder if he doesnt have the flexibility or if there is some other reason
Edit: just to be clear, i thought branch looked phenominal and deserved his placing 100%
Happy to hear about vic’s placing, I am a real fan of his.
You could see that his thighs were letting him down on the front double bi, Ab thigh and front relaxed poses.
I know he cant train legs as heavy as he used to and his quads just aren’t quite as big as they should be but I also think the shape is just not as good as others too. His quad doesn’t have that outside sweep that comes all the way down to his knee like evans, and his calf muscle bellies are short too.
I’m not the best at judging conditioning but I thought that vic came in better than at 2010 O, and not that far off the other top 4. He just looks amazing it the side poses!
I think evens chest could be thicker and his back just doesnt have the same degree of width thickness and seperation of the vets, he is one big dude though and made a great showing!

It was actually just the way he made his front relaxed pose, flaring out his arms to give the illusion that he had a wide V-taper. Evan should really do that too, will make him look much bigger.
Congrats to Branch, justice is finally done. Evan looked great as well, expect big things from him next year. Very pleased with Victor also, he really has a beautiful body. Not sure where Dexter goes from here though, sad to see him slip down the rankings as he’s always consistently good.
I actually feel that Ronny should have placed higher, at 4th over Evan and Dexter.
Ronny’s front is almost as good as Dexter’s imo, and given Dexter’s conditioning, they should have let him placed higher than Dex. Against Evan, Ronny’s shoulders, chest and traps make him look more complete out of the two. One can argue that Ronny’s back is not up to par, but Evan’s back isn’t too.
