2011 Arnold Classic

It looked like Evan deserved it cause he had conditioning of dex but man dex is well built. But the pics up at Flexy seem to show a sot dex and a hard Wolf, I would go

  1. Evan
  2. wolf
  3. dex
  4. fouad

What were the placings?

The actual placings were:

  1. Evan
  2. Dex
  3. Fouad
  4. Wolf
  5. Pakulski

I agree with whoever said it that Wolf deserved a higher placing, and it was a really tough call between Evan and Dex. Dexter really did look great from the back.

Yeah it hasn’t happened yet…

Try this again.

Evan is the future, can’t see him winning the Arnold but then again, didn’t see him beating Dexter either. Everyone always says the same about Wolf, he should have placed higher etc. I’m not a fan though, never have been.
Evan though is awesome, a really nice guy as well.

Wow that is impressive beating dex, even though it was very close (I preffered dex, I think his posing is far better)
I am really enjoying watching the newer/younger pros come up

Dex’s abdomen is really nice. No homo.

Nice video on Evan… Had to kinda skim through it, but saw the Gold’s he was at said New Haven… Anyone know if he’s from CT? That’d be like 15 minutes from me.

Also, and I know this is way off topic and you’ve all probably heard enough about him… I’m bombarded by Alexei Lesukov’s progress to the Arnold Amateur on facebook… I can’t even understand how he can be that big. Blows my mind. Would love to see how he places and what his future will be

Alexei is big for sure. Kid just never seems to hit his condition at shows though and it keeps him from winning. We’ll see how he does this year.

if he nails it he’ll be a thread, can’t believe the size of his quads at his age.

the dudes been 22 for 5 years now. I wonder his real age and dont believe anything on the web either lol.

Yeah but he is young and he clearly will be a threat if he can get a few things together, conditioning at shows the primary factor.

Yes, he is from CT. He and fellow CTer Derek Poundstone did two web videos together, training at each other’s home gyms. I wont post a link since it’s a rival website, I imagine it would be easy to find by googling them together. The workouts were chest and deadlifts

Toney Freeman coming in ripped to shreds (vid at RX muscle from Thurs/two days out)

Dexter also much better condition than two weeks ago, with face totally sucked in.

I would love to see Toney win…either him or Evan…my two favorite pros in the contest.

1st call-out at prejudging: Branch, Evan, Wolf

2nd: Rockel, Victor, Dexter, Evan
