Arkansas got some of those ‘garbage’ plays you mentioned they needed to get the crowd into it(INT in endzone was HUGE). I’m curious @ the playcalling for 'Bama, not that Macelroy shouldn’t ever throw it, but I really thought they’d feature that sickeningly good backfield some more.
Now for a quick homer comment: disappointed in OSU’s defense, giving up 2 sustained drive TD’s to Eastern Michigan? I hope they just caught a little complacency, but part of me is seeing the trend that if we don’t get a turnover(which to our credit we have been solid at creating) we do give up some serious yardage, won’t be good if we go up against solid mistake free vetaran QB’s(looking @ Iowa, @ Bowl game opponent).

man fuck Texas… this is the ugliest game I’ve ever watched. humph…
It is an ugly game. Texas needs to get their act together or they will have an embarrassing lost.

I’ve already given up… our offense is terrible… If we win at this point I would be surprised.
If you score another point today I’d be surprised. Whether Texas showed their true colors today, or just had a horrific game, things are not looking good and they should drop accordingly in the polls.
This Bama/Arkansas game has been very entertaining, I hope Mallet can get the W. I just don’t get why Bama isn’t running 99% of the time. You have Ingram and Richardson and the Hogs haven’t been doing anything amazing against the run.
Ingram has to be right back at/near the top of the Heisman list yes? Bama went back to that ground game when the game was really on the line and in question and him(and Richardson) came through. Mallet’s 2 late INTs(and the loss) probably kill his hopes?

I wouldnt go so far as to say kill his hopes, one solitary roadbump doesnt hijack the entire season.

I would, Mallet has no shot at the Heisman after that loss. He was solely responsible for the meltdown and everyone saw that. He made extremely pore decisions against a fairly bad pass defense, simply cracking under the pressure. I think he’s a great athlete and a great pro prospect, but he let it slip big time today.
Ingram on the other hand defintely put his name back in the hat as he baisically put the team on his shoulders and ran away with the win (after Mallet so kindly placed it in 'Bama’s hands).
