2010 College Football

VT offense sure showing up so far, fumbled snap on 2nd play of game, 3rd and 21 into a blocked punt on 2nd series. GJ dudes.

Boise State is looking good

Is it just me or has there been a lot of fumbles snaps this weekend?

Its a national epidemic

You can blame overzealous QB’s for that. They are stepping back from the center while he is bringing the ball up, no bueno.

Fucking VA Tech, blew it man. Still don’t like Noisy State. Let’s see how they handle Oregon State on Sept 25, good luck with the Rodgers’ brothers.

Reggie Bush is officially getting his Heisman taken away today, that would kinda ruin your day. I guess the fact that he just won a Super Bowl is decent consolation.

Which would you rather have, a Heisman and no Super Bowl victory, or no Heisman and a Super Bowl victory?

I think the Super bowl pays a little more, but you would have to ask Reggie himself.

Connecticut or Michigan?
Michigan Rich is desperate this year

Oregon State or TCU?
TCU believe it or not high scoring game than what people think

LSU or North Carolina?
LSU, Carolina will find a way to fuck it up

and of course, Boise State or Virginia Tech?
Boise state for our T-Nation member who is now a big fan
Okay so far I am 3 for 3 just have to wait and see for tonight. Told you NC would find a way to fuck it up.
Cool I was 4 for 4. Who else was batting 1000?

I had originally said NC would beat LSU, but changed my mind after all the suspensions of NC starters.

So, 3 for 4.

I didn’t actually give my prediction in this thread but those are the 4 I would have picked/did pick. None of them are really out there picks. Basically picked the favorites for each game lol.

Sucks that NC had so many players suspended. They would have handled LSU if they were at full strength and probably been a real contender this year.

Okay time for week two predictions.

No. 20 Florida State at No. 7 Oklahoma
Oklahoma in a close one, Florida has an improving defense

No. 13 Miami (FL) at No. 2 Ohio State
Miami in an upset, what the hell but I just dont like Ohio State

No. 19 Penn State at No. 1 Alabama
Bama will roll and spank Penn State

We will need one of those too!

How about dem Terps? Maybe we can start fearing the turtle again!

Hated Tech’s uni’s last night but the flat black helmets or gun-metal color were bad ass.

OU plays well in big games at home, so I expect them to look much better than last week. But I can’t deny what I saw with my own two eyes. I think FSU wins in a close game.

I’m not buying all the hype Miami is getting right now. I think they are heading in the right direction, but aren’t as good as some people (national media) are claiming. Plus, they will have to play almost perfect to beat Ohio State at the Shoe. Ohio State wins.

Agreed, Bama wins big.

^ I just have to go with my gut feeling. I think Miami’s speed will just be really shown during this game. And again I just dont like Ohio state and want them to drop like a stone in the rankings. Better for both you and I as Big 12 fans.

ok so i just read through this entire thread… interesting

however no mention of my DAWGS!! which i really didnt expect it anyway
SO DIXIE? you going to athens the 18th??? cant wait!!

I LOVE college football, hate bandwagoners which in the south seems to happen every year!
doesnt help that i live 10 minutes from alabama and tn … mix up of fans and usually
more of whos on top!

feel sorry for USC losing a remarkable coach and gaining a well step stool?
but i agree i think they will always be on top of the game…

No. 11 Oregon at Tennessee

I added in Oregon at Tennessee, I feel like that’s a pretty big game.

These games are all really, really difficult for me to pick…

God, I guess I’m going for Oklahoma. Somebody shoot me. I’m picking Miami to have their coming out game (Jacory Harris ← What Terelle Pryor should’ve been,) Alabama in the easiest win of the four and Oregon over UT.

The world’s biggest cocktail party in Jacksonville may actually turn out to be a good game this year… looks like Florida’s as bad as Georgia.

Ergh… you’re telling me. Try being a lifelong Florida fan in Big-10 country. I see the Florida hats come and go, then it was LSU, now it’s Alabama… who’s next?

HaHaHaHa no way you can go for FSU being a Florida fan (my family is from Florida so it is always one or the other) suprised you picked Miami. I was going to put the Oregon/UT game but I think UT is a few years away from being competitive.

No. 20 Florida State at No. 7 Oklahoma

Oklahoma wins it in the 4th quarter.

No. 13 Miami (FL) at No. 2 Ohio State

Miami nips OSU in the Overhyped Bowl

No. 19 Penn State at No. 1 Alabama

Bama wins but its closer than people think.

No. 11 Oregon at Tennessee

Oregon romps, Fuck Tennessee
